Families who have been notified that their children were placed on the roster from the lottery drawing should fill out the
2021-2022 Enrollment Packet attached below. This information is time sensitive, so please get the packet back to the Registrar within the assigned time(April 12th). Email Mrs. Pam Sangster @ firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or have trouble completing the packet. She needs to know that you are still in the process so that she will not award your seats to the next person on the waiting list. It is imperative that you stay in communication with her.
April 12th is the Deadline for Submission in order to hold you spots.
